SUPPORT POLICY

Celerity Telecom provides technical support for issues related to our services, and managerial training in the administration of our hosted systems.

Agents will be available to assist you Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm EST. We also provide after-hours support for urgent issues. Call us at 866-766-4000.

If we determine an issue to be erroneously reported as urgent, a $25 fee will be incurred.

Technical Support

Free technical support is offered for issues related to our systems.

However if, after review, an issue is found to be due to the client's usage, software, or hardware then technical support will be charged at a rate of $45/hr.

Managerial Training

We provide free managerial training in the administration of our products and services for the first 30 days. This includes training such as programming PBX ring groups, and setting up auto-dialer campaigns and lead lists.

After 30 days, managerial training will be offered at a rate of $45/hr.
